Les Paul is one of the pioneers of the solid-body electric guitar. His innovative talents extended into his playing style, including licks, trills, chording sequences, fretting techniques and timing, which set him apart from his contemporaries and inspired many guitarists of the present day. He is one of a handful of artists with a permanent, stand-alone exhibit in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. After close to 40-years of performing with Les Paul, weekly, Lou Pallo has invited close friends in multiple genres to help him pay homage to their friend and mentor, preserving Les' spirit through a collection of jazz and blues standards adored by Les himself. The album features Lou Pallo, Les Paul's Trio and an incredible line-up of guest super-star musicians like Jos� Feliciano, Billy F. Gibbons, Steve Miller, Keith Richards, Slash amongst others and is filled with an array of 21 spectacular classic songs with great guitar playing.
