Bau - Bau Plays Vasco Martins

Not only is Bau a magician with an acoustic guitar, he is also an expert when it comes to cavaquinho and violin. With six albums released, Bau follows on from artists such as Al Di Meola, St�phane Grappelli, Jean-Luc Ponty or Didier Lockwood.For this project, Bau chose to pair with Vasco Martins who is an eclectic musician, an iconoclast composer and the author of a significant piece for symphony orchestra. With this album, Bau (guitar, cavaquinho and violin) and Vasco who is the composer, arranger, producer and plays all piano parts, tell us about Cape Verde in their own way: with an original music rooted in Western, Cape Verdean, African but also in Oriental sonorities.
