In the fall of 1965, Am lia started recording her most often postponed work: an album with songs in English and an orchestra. Norrie Paramor was in charge of the musical arrangements for the twelve songs originally chosen and also other four Portuguese songs - just like a rehearsal so the musicians would get used to Am lia and so that Am lia would get used to their instruments.The album was never finished, since Am lia only recorded eight complete songs, that would be edited in the 1984 LP � Am lia na Broadway � . That left the other eight songs (four in English and four in Portuguese) unedited until this album - Someday. This release includes those unedited songs.
