The long-time manual labourer-turned-revered singer-songwriter with three JUNO Awards to his name releases 'Empty Train'. Produced by Eric Westberg and Chris Coole, musicians are David Francey on lead vocals, Eric Westberg on acoustic and electric guitars,drums and backing vocals, Chris Coole on banjo, acoustic guitar and backing vocals and Darren McMullen on baritone guitar, mandolin, bouzouki,cittern and upright bass.John Showman and Rachel Davis contribute fiddle. Nancy Conell and Colin Francey offer backing vocals with Collin also playing acoustic guitar. His songs have been covered by the Del McCoury Band, the Rankins, the Barra McNeils and Tracy Grammer - among countless others.
