Multiple Juno Award winner Bill Bourne returns with his latest album 'Bluesland' an intense and authentic collection of rock, folk and country, drenched with sultry electric blues sounds. Bookended by the retro rocky opening track 'Deep Dark Woods', and the raw country blues rendition of Bob Dylan's 'Maggie's Farm', this 8 song collection rocks out against the jazzy influencedtracks like 'Who's Knockin?', and classic blues nods like 'Daily Bread'. It was recorded 'live off the floor' the disc became a profoundly moving experience for Bourne, marking the first time he was able to collaborate with with his son Pat Bourne (electric lead guitar). In addition to Bill's acoustic guitar and vocals, and his son's lead, The Free Radio Band features Pa Joe on electric smooth jazz guitar (African Guitar Summit), Moses Gregg on bass(The Swiftys) and Miguel Ferrer on drums (Santiago, Chile).
