Gary Yershon - Another Year (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

Award-winning director Mike Leigh collaborates with British acting heavyweights Jim Broadbent, Lesley Manville, Imelda Staunton and Ruth Sheen in his film, Another Year. Over four seasons, a happily-married middle-aged couple endure other people's problems, enjoy their son's newly discovered partner and cope with an unexpected family bereavement.

The lovely chamber score is by frequent Leigh collaborator Gary Yershon, whose spirited score for Mike Leigh's previous film, Happy Go Lucky, is also included.

Mike Leigh received an Academy Award nomination for his original screenplay for Another Year.
