Original and exciting mix of contemporary jazz and opera from Mark Hardy's group, The Hardy Ensemble. The Hardy Ensemble features the leading classical clarinetist Mark Hardy and New Zealeand born opera singer Catherine Pierard. The group also features the French horn player Jim Rattigan and the outstanding drummer Tony Marsh. They produce a rich brew of contemporary sounds appealing to audiences from both the classical and jazz worlds.
