Gilbert Becaud - Et Maintenent

Gilbert Becaud, nicknamed Monsieur 100.000 Volts for his energetic stage appearances, was a French composer and singer who released 23 albums in the period 1953-1999 along with 15 different 'Live At Olympia' albums. In 1961, Becaud wrote and recorded one the biggest-selling singles in French history, Et Maintenant. Shirley Bassey's version, under the English title What Now My Love, was a big hit in the UK.
