Marc Soustrot conducts Aarhus Symphony Orchestra in orchestral works by Ravel. This is Soutrot's second release on Danacord after the acclaimed Bizet album. Marc Soustrot has broad experience and expertise in the major works of the classical and Romantic repertoire and is particularly beloved by audiences for his interpretations of French orchestral compositions. Marc Soustrot was chief conductor of the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra from 2015 to 2023. Aarhus Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1935 and resides in the award winning Symphonic Hall at Musikhuset Aarhus.
