Opera Nova In Bydgoszcz - The Captive Mind

The Captive Mind was the first ballet performance of the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz based on contemporary dance. Without a doubt, it owns its success to the talent of Robert Bondara, whose further career is a clear proof of his unconventional and nonconformist approach to dance and of the greatness of his stage imagination. The Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz cooperated with Robert Bondara again in 2016, for which he developed choreographies for Stabat Mater / Harnasie to the music of Karol Szymanowski on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the institution. In June 2018, he became the winner of one of the three main prizes in the 2nd Competition of Young Classical and Neoclassical Choreographers in Bordeaux. And yet his career is just gaining momentum...
