Expert Work Records is proud to announce the first-ever vinyl release of 'In Recognition of Your Significant Accomplishments,' the acclaimed 2002 EP from Chicago post-emo pioneers Tekulvi. Originally released on Divot Records, this reissue will include previously unreleased material, remastered audio, and a refreshed presentation of the original artwork, giving longtime fans and new listeners alike a chance to experience the band's visceral, dynamic sound in an entirely new format.

Formed in 1997, Tekulvi--comprised of Chris Almodovar (guitar/vocals), Greg Sharp (drums/vocals), and Brian Harper (bass/vocals), later joined by guitarist Phil Nauman and bassist/vocalist Josh Browning--crafted a singular blend of jagged, discordant rhythms and emotionally charged songwriting. The band built a dedicated following, sharing stages with influential acts like Haymarket Riot, Shipping News, and Q and Not U. Their music, both intricate and raw, became a defining force in Chicago's underground music scene.
