Janove - Spindelvevriff

Janove's third album Spindelvevriff '' stands out through its different approach to songwriting. For the first time Janove strips things down to just piano or guitar, accompanied by heartfelt singing, making it an album formed by more personal songs, lyrics and stories. This became Janove's most popular album in Norway, with its big hit Bak En Sky Heim which he wrote to his 19-year-old son as he left his childhood home to pursue his education. This album was first released in 2019 and marks the start of a second format of Janove live concerts. This marked his first tour all alone as a solo artist for a seated audience in fall of 2019. The sold-out concerts at the Norwegian Opera in Oslo also proved to be a career highlight for Janove, when he also received a six stars review from Dagsavisen for the powerful, but intimate performance.
