Chapelier Fou - Protest

Protest is a long piece in which numerous string lines are slowly superimposed, in long values. It is this way of composing, all in harmonies, note by note, which gave the title of this piece, in a nod to the protestant chorales of J-S Bach. In its construction, this long bulge which ends in a chaotic and chiseled war machine, it is also a metaphor of revolt.
