Department S - Burn Down Tomorrow

New wave legends Department S release new album Burn Down Tomorrow in November 2024. Best known for their 1981 hit single Is Vic There?, the band reformed in 2007, continually pushing forward with new material. The current line up is Phil Thompson (vocals and guitar), Mike Lea (bass and backing vocals) and Simon Bowley (drums and backing vocals). Sounding as relevant as ever, new album Burn Down Tomorrow nods to their 80s sound while displaying a 21st Century take on the classic Department S vibe. Guest appearances from Baz Warne (The Stranglers), Leigh Heggarty (Ruts DC), and Stephen Rice (The Chameleons) illustrate the high regard in which Department S are still held by their peers.
