Hansjorg Albrecht - Franz Liszt: Faust Symphony - Transcription for Organ

The Faust Symphony, first performed in Weimar in 1857, is one of Franz Liszt�s most significant compositions. For the recording of his transcription of this work for organ, Hansj�rg Albrecht played the celebrated Klais organ in the Philharmonic Hall of the Gasteig, Munich. He will perform the Faust Symphony in a concert at the same venue on 13th June 2018, appropriately during the Faust Festival in the city of Munich.
