Jewel-case reissue. Mutiilation is a French black metal solo project, consisting of William Meyhna'ch Roussel. Black Millenium was recorded after a long abscence from the black metal scene. In 2000, Meyhnach just decided to strike back and show the world mutiilation wasn't buried... The music appears to be a bit more sophisticated, but still grim and dark with this particular production that belongs to the project.
