Isabelle Vonck writes: I write these lines as my husband, Guy Miaille, has passed away since the 4th of November. A few days before his death, he was able to finalize the commission for this recording. I will therefore complete what he had started to write and, for a few pieces, write in his name. The production of this album is an opportunity for me to pay tribute to my husband and to make his music known. The album VARIA is an anthology of pieces for various instruments: piano, brass, various wind instruments and organ.
