La Musgaña - Lubican

La Musgana perform a selection of tunes from the western and central Spanish provinces of Castile and Leon. The majority of the selections are mid and uptempo pieces sporting inventive, penetrating arrangements with clarinet, bagpipes, hurdy-gurdy, flute, violin, bass guitar, accordion and lots of indigenous frame drums and percussion. The vitality of this band is contagious - just listen to Lubican and you'll catch a serious case of La Musgana fever.
