A crack outfit ofdrummer Michael Carvin, saxophonist/flautist George Harper, trombonist Al Hall, Jr., trumpeter Bob Frazier, and bassist Henry Franklin (himself leader of two treasured Black Jazz releases) backs the couple.A moving, beautiful listen that sounds ever more contemporary.
