Forget over-exaggerated accents, jingly guitar riffs and poor attempts at being profound, because you'll not hear that from this particular Newcastle outfit.The complete line-up of Maybe Myrtle Tyrtle came together in 2006 and ever since this outrageously talented band of six has been taking audiences by storm in their native North-East. More recently they've been kicking up a storm around the UK and with this release rheir train is surely bound for glory. Happily, their debut album brings together 14 tracks which perfectly capture the groyup's quirkily, infectious style, shot through with pleasing weirdness and originality.
