Legendary recording engineer Rudy Van Gelder will celebrate the 100th anniversary of his birth in 2024! In advance of his 100th anniversary year, the legendary jazz recording engineer who supported the golden age of Prestige Records is releasing an encore pressing of Prestige RVG Remastered Ultra Limited Edition 60, a collection of 60 masterpieces from Prestige's glorious history, which have long been out of production. This is a rare work recorded just before the formation of the original quintet. The original quintet was formed just before the release of this album, and the original quintet was formed.
