The lacquer cutting was handled by Kevin Reeves at East Iris Studio in Nashville. These albums have been cut to vinyl using the original master tapes. During the process, only an analog signal path was used, with constant reference to the sound of the earliest pressings of the original albums. For this analog release, a Studer A80 tape machine with an analog preview/program path function was used for the master recorder, and a Neumann VMS70, installed in Capitol Studios in 1971, was used for the cutting machine.Comes with lyrics and a description.
