CROME - Komorebi

The Swiss crossover ensemble CROME experiments with two different synergies: between contemporary jazz and chamber music, and between saxophone and string quartet. Saxophonist Sam Urscheler has created a unique style of music for his quintet: written composition blends with improvisation, flavours of jazz, classical and world music are combined with modern playing techniques, and all five musicians are given an equal chance to �have their say�.
