Baritone saxophonist Andy Panayi pays tribute to the legendary jazz man Gerry Mulligan on this live recording which also features Mark Nightingale on trombone. Gerry Mulligan was not only the greatest jazz baritone saxophonist of all time, but also a magnificent composer with a wonderful sense of both written and composed counterpoint. The piano-less quartet plays material composed by, associated with, or performed in the style of the master musician.
