The Treme Brass Band - Gimme My Money Back

The Treme Brass Band is one of New Orleans' premier marching brass bands, and was recognized with a National Heritage Fellowship in 2006. Founded in 1990, the band takes its name from Treme, the neighborhood north of the French Quarter. In this 1995 release, they play a mix of original and traditional numbers. Among the featured performers are Kirk Joseph of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band and Kermit Ruffins.
