Billy's third and fourth albums for Capitol Records. 'Emotions In Motion' was a Top 5 US album and features the single 'Everybody Wants You'. 'Signs Of Life' was released two years later in 1985, sporting the single 'Rock Me Tonite' which was a Top 20 hit. Albums remastered and slipcased, and with new notes.
