Brazilian musician, record producer and arranger, immortal for his hit 'Also Sprach Zarathurstra (Theme From 2001: A Space Odyssey)'Deodato started out as an arranger for artists such as Astrud Gilberto, Frank Sinatra, Wes Montgomery and Aretha Franklin.These albums, originally released in 1974 and 1975 by MCA Records, both made the US Top 200 Albums chart. 'Artistry' is a live album, recorded at the Mississippi River Festival in June 1974. Both albums have been digitally remastered and slipcased, and have new notes.
