Irish singer-songwriter John Blek starts a new series of live recordings with Digressions # 1. Part one contains ten live versions of songs that mostly appeared on his fifth album Thistle & Thorn. John Blek, continues his incredibly productive career as he rises to the top league of European singers-songwriters. After six studio albums Blek is now launching a new series: Digressions, selecting ten pieces to perform solo, without a band, and only with acoustic guitar and voice in their purest form; capturing the direct and honest feeling of playing live.
