Ghost of Song' is a haunting collection from Trevor Jones, principle songwriter with the critically acclaimed duo Miracle Mile.I wanted to create the musical equivalent of a balm, something to smooth the furrowed brow. I selected songs to evoke a mood that I initially took to be melancholy; in listening back I realise that the abiding feeling is one of romanticism.
