'Patrizio' finds the Neapolitan crooner Patrizio Buanne broadening his horizons and putting a more international slant on his natural way with a song. As well as material rooted in the vocal traditions of his Italian homeland it includes new songs written specially for him alongside standards from the Great American Songbook.

Prior to this recording Buanne released two highly successful albums that sold over one million albums around the world and 'Patrizio' has already attained platinum status in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Clearly, the handsome singer has won over a legion of fans with his performances of classic songs from his homeland.

Patrizio Buanne grew up immersed in the music of singers like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin and Al Martino. His debut album, 'The Italian', was recorded at the Abbey Road Studios in London with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Released in 2005, it reached the top ten on the charts in the United Kingdom, where it went gold in a week, and his follow-up album 'Forever Begins Tonight' achieved a similar level of success.
