David Garfield - Vox Outside The Box

The fourth release in the ongoing multi-genre all-star recording project Outside The Box by David Garfield. This release centers around an eclectic group of world-class singers including the legendary Smokey Robinson, Michael McDonald, Grammy Nominee Ari Hest, daughter of the late Donnie Hathway - Kenya Hathaway, Chicago vocalists Jason Scheff and Bill Champlin, lead singer of the Automatics David Philp. Featuring new, reimagined versions of classic songs such as David Bowie's Fame, Elton John's Rocket Man and The Beatles Strawberry Fields. The lineup is a who's who of session legends including Jim Keltner, John Pe�a, David Sanborn, and Benmont Tench (from Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers).
