American guitarist Isaac Darche leads a quartet that includes rising-star saxophonist Chad Lefkowitz-Brown and preeminent drummer E.J. Strickland, across an album that includes five distinctive original compositions.
Darche studied with Jazz legends such as Kenny Burrell and Billy Higgins at UCLA. He has received numerous distinctions including a Gluck Fellowship of the Performing Arts and Kennedy Center's Jazz Ahead program. Since 2005 Darche has been living in NYC where he had the opportunity to perform with many great musicians including Keith Carlock, Curtis Fowlkes, Leron Thomas and Ambrose Akinmusire.
