Lee Ritenour - Earth Run

This is the 16th solo effort by renowned guitarist Lee Ritenour, released in 1986, and dedicated to the First Earth Run which happened earlier that year (an event in which runners circled the globe for Peace). The album is also notable for Ritenour's featured use of the short-lived Synthaxe - a synthesizer which is controlled in a similar manner to the guitar. Earth Run reached #10 on Billboard's Contemporary Jazz chart. Previously out of print, the remastered Earth Run will now be available on CD for the first time in years.
