Born in Louisiana of a Creole background in 1942, singer/guitarist Doucet moved to Houston, TX in 1962 and gigged regularly until the disco era forced him out of the music business. Among the bands he worked with were those of Clifton Chenier and Freddie King. Recently 'rediscovered' he recorded this album for Dialtone with O.S.
