Noesis is an album of works by Polish composer and pianist Witold Janiak for piano and string quartet.

Witold Janiak loves composing, teaches by choice, and out of necessity wears the shoes of conductor, manager, driver, technician, stevedore... Graduate, Music Academy of Katowice. Teacher of jazz in Zesp�l Szk�l Muzycznych in Lodz. Awarded artist, Krakow Contemporary Music Contest � 1998. Best Lodz Jazz Artist 2008. Performed in Kalisz Jazz Pianist Festival, Wroclaw Jazztopad Festival, Lancut Chamber Music Festival. Live performances with Zbigniew Namyslowski, Cezary Konrad, Piotr Baron, Krzysztof Scieranski, Tatiana Okupnik, Monika Brodka.
