NEW REMASTERED EDITION OF THE CLASSIC 1971 DEBUT SOLO ALBUM BY THE LEGENDARY GERRY RAFFERTY �FEATURING ONE BONUS TRACK �FULLY RESTORED ARTWORK AND LINER NOTES WITH EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW Esoteric Recordings are pleased to announce the release of a newly re-mastered edition of �Can I Have My Money Back?�, the classic debut solo album by the legendary singer-songwriter GERRY RAFFERTY. Recorded in 1971 for Transatlantic Records, the album followed Rafferty�s two albums as a member of The Humblebums with Billy Connolly. Upon its original release, �Can I Have My Money Back� was critically acclaimed as a fine fusion of folk and rock influences. The track �Sign on the Dotted Line� would see Rafferty collaborate on the writing with Joe Egan, which in turn would eventually lead to the formation of the band Stealers Wheel. This new edition of �Can I Have My Money Back?� has been newly re-mastered and features the addition of a bonus track, �So Bad Thinking� (originally released as the B-side of a single of the album title track). The booklet features a new essay and fully restores the original album artwork.
