Malicanti - Tarantelle e Canti Tradizionali delle Puglie, Vol. 2

Malicanti, a traditional Apulian music group, perform music from their region with a repertoire based on popular songs and tunes such as tarantelle, pizziche, serenades, songs a la stisa, that were directly learnt from traditional musicians and singers. This CD celebrates these old masters and was compiled from recordings made at home or at traditional folk festivals.
