Steve Lacy - Duets: Associates

Recorded between 1982 and 1994, 'Duets: Associates' features saxophonist Steve Lacy in a variety of duo contexts with the likes of trombonists Roswell Rudd and George Lewis, guitarist Derek Bailey, pianist Mal Waldron and saxophonist Steve Potts.They perform a mix of Lacy originals together with two Thelonious Monk compositions, Epistrophy and Pannonica.
