Fabio Tricomi & Faraz Entessari - Esfahan

Using traditional Persian string instruments - the Tar and the Barbat - and traditional percussion instruments - the Tombak and the Dayere Zanghi - the two musicians perform classic Persian repertoire. In these traditional compositions of the Persian masters there is freedom of interpretation that mixes elements of improvisation within composed structures.
