Saskia Coolen - Driftwood - A Gift Of Time

In the spring of 2017 Saskia Coolen stayed as an artist-in-residence for almost seven weeks in the Sitka Center for Art and Ecology in Oregon. Her plan was to improve her old-style improvisation skills and the result was 'Driftwood - A Gift of Time'.

This album is made in a hand numbered limited edition of 500 copies. The packaging features Margriet Oomen's art inspired by Saskia Coolen's improvisations. It also includes six leporellos with Oomen's art worksspecially created for this album.
