Johnny McEvoy - The Johnny McEvoy Story

This highly acclaimed RTE documentary chronicles the life and times of Johnny McEvoy and his rise from ballad singer to pop star. It features many live performances of his greatest songs including � The Boston Burglar- Nora � The Town I Left behind and also a recently re recorded version of Muirsheen Durkin with Sharon Shannon. Filmed on tour it follows Johnny while he candidly talks of the highs and lows of his career. He travels back to Bannagher, Co Offaly where it all began, reflecting on his life, music and family.
