Dubtician - The Dub Simran Experience

'The Dub Simran Experience' is the debut album from London's Dubtician. A spiritual album of Sikh meditative chant (Simran) set to dub reggae. Recorded with his live band and heralding a new genre in sikh spiritual music, combining harmonium and tablas with organs and bass guitar.

Dubtician has built up a strong following over the past four years. His 'Dub Simran Experience' roadshow takes the Vaheguru Mantra to places other than temples and Gurdwaras and allows audiences from all backgrounds to enjoy his chanting of the Lord's name (Simran).

The music on the CD is produced and co-written by one of the UK's leading South Asian musicians Kuljit Bhamra (Bombay Dreams, Bend it like Beckham, Bhaji on the Beach) who also feels that this fresh and unique sound will appeal to a much wider range of listeners - religious or not.
