Godsticks - Emergence

Godsticks' third studio album sees its first release on Kscope after being self-released in 2015. Emergence, the Cardiff band's hardened, genre-redefining offering is a breakthrough for the band in 2016.Founding member and frontman Darran Charles has been invited to work on The Pineapple Thief's 2016 album 'Your Wilderness' with Bruce Soord and Gavin Harrison, as well as on Soord's solo album last year. Charles has steered Godsticks in to their most progressive work to date. A work of such stature that it is compared to Queensr�che's 'Operation: Mindcrime', Dream Theatre's 'Scenes From a Memory', Tool's 'Lateralus' and Opeth's 'Blackwater Park' by Prog Magazine.
