Spurred by a Blues Revue cover story which called the work astonishing, Costello's career hit new highs with this set of obscure, classic Southern blues covers mixed with distinctly delivered originals. The former Susan Tedeschi lead guitarist (Just Won't Burn) has since toured the US and Europe extensively, including two appearances at the Great British R&B Festival.
