• Essential collaboration between Greg Lake and Geoff Downes originally released in 2015 on ELP’s Manticore label.

• Containing six songs which the duo wrote together – one went on to became an ASIA song and two became ELP songs.

Greg Lake is the co-founder of KING CRIMSON and EMERSON LAKE AND PALMER (ELP), Geoff Downes is the keyboardist in THE BUGGLES, ASIA and YES.

Greg Lake wrote the hit ‘LUCKY MAN’ and co-wrote ‘I BELIEVE IN FATHER CHRISTMAS’, Geoff Downes co-wrote the hits ‘VIDEO KILLED THE RADIO STAR’ and ‘HEAT OF THE MOMENT’.

Four of these tracks originally appeared on compilations before, but ‘Ride The Tiger’ was the first time that they were collected together with two previously unreleased tracks. The set features Michael Giles (King Crimson’s original drummer) on drums.
