Formed in 1994, Cochon Bleu are a young Dutch quintet who specialise in writing and playing in the Cajun music style of south Louisiana. They are the three Gubbels brothers, Henk, Hette (both vocals, guitar, mandolin) and Andre (vocals, drums, percussion), plus Jeroen de Jong (accordion, saw bass, vocals) and Jos Cutileiro (bass guitar, percussion, vocals). After three mini-albums, this latest full bloodied release captures the energetic, raw sounds of the band perfectly.
