Jonn Serrie - The Sentinel

The Sentinel is based on Stewart Cowley's illustrated science fiction series of the late '70s that describes epic stories of the Terran Trade Authority, its history of adventures in deep space and the amazing situations it would confront.

The artwork used to support the stories came from the portfolios of some of the finest space artists in the world. The TTA series was influential on many of the top names in sci-fi film and media, including famed Hollywood director James Cameron, special effects wizard Douglas Trumbull, physicist Brian Cox, as well as my own musical history with the books.

The Sentinel represents a Virtual Reality audio journey and in this journey you are The Sentinel; you're on the command bridge, you're wearing the spacesuit, it is your universe, all told through m y musical imagination and the superb influence of Stewart Cowley's books.
