Louis Moholo-Moholo - Mpumi

Louis has an empathy with piano players firstly, and with Keith especially. They recorded their first CD together in 1980: 'No Gossip'. Improvising with Louis is always a joy - Keith Tippett. We spoke melodically, sang rhythmically, danced harmonically and above all, played emotionally Pule Pheto. I look back with appreciation to the brilliance of the music we recorded - Mervyn Afrika.
