Eric Bibb has since his debut album in1977 developed into a great singer/songwriter-Blues artist worldwide. With his breakthrough album, Spirit & The Blues in 1994 Opus 3 Records is proud to have brought him there!! We are glad to release Eric Bibb's debut album Rainbow People recorded in 1977 and released on LP only.Many positive things have indeed hapened with Eric's career and nowadays he performs around the globe - from Europe to USA to Australia!Rainbow People means more to me than just an LP. It's a gathering of friends and musical ideas that go together and express one thing above all: the joy of knowing each other. For us, hearing the sounds of jazz, blues, African, Latin-American and classical music on the same album is a naturally good thing - a kind of rainbow.
