Baaba Maal - Remixes (12 EP)

In 2016 Baaba Maal, the Senegalese master-musician, released his 11th album 'The Traveller' via Marathon Artists/Palm Recordings. Produced by They Very Best's Johan Hugo Carlsberg the record is a globetrotting portal into what can happen when traditional African rhythms both coexist and expand on dance-leaning sounds. Taking this approach to the next level Baaba Maal recruited dance floor minded producers to remix various tracks off the album; now available for the first time on vinyl.

Including veteran Berlin deep house artist Henrik Schwarz, Auntie Flo known for his exploration of lesser-known strands of music & the Barcardi-house sounds of South African producer DJ Spoko. Not to be missed!
